Whole Food Cooking

Whole Food Cooking is a broader frame of reference that honors the basic integrity of a food. When a food is grown in a rich and healthy soil using organic, bio dynamic or permaculture principles, is kept closer to its' natural state (unrefined) and real (no fake additives), its' integrity and inherent ability to nourish is intact. Wholefood as a philosophy considers that the whole is far greater than simply the sum of all parts, that it includes many aspects we cannot see or touch (life force for example) and that we are not just physical beings.
